Karah Pedersen: Fighting For Reproductive Health Access

As the new Senior Advisor of Youth Programs at Ipas, Karah Pedersen is looking to take the multi-year program to new heights by building the capacity of partners and staff to advance comprehensive and high quality health services for young women. Karah previously worked at Ipas in the Health and Development Systems units back in 2001 through 2005. However, for the previous twelve years she has been working in reproductive health INGOs with projects across the globe.

Karah Pedersen previously worked at FHI 360. There she was an organizational learning manager as well as a youth reproductive health specialist. She was proud to play an integral role in the organization, which spans 60 countries around the globe and claims more than 5,000 staff.
